How It Works: Reporting
Score reports can be sent to the student and the school
Once a course has been scored, one report will be sent to the student's home and one to the guidance counselor at the school of record. However, the student's school can opt at the time of enrollment to be the only recipient of grades by choosing to be a "Testing School".
Computer printouts of enrollees to date are mailed to referring school counselors in late August of each year. These reports are available to school officials anytime and are free upon request.
Information obtained from the enrollment application, telephone conversations, written correspondence, and subject extension evaluation is recorded in individual student computer files. Status of enrollees, past or present, is available to school officials anytime, upon request.
